If you are emailing us regarding a question about the user community, you can expect to hear from us within 2 business days. We will respond to questions about how to post discussions, access resources, or other user community related questions.  

If you are emailing regarding access to EOBs, Claims, EDI files, Clearing House, or Patient Records, unfortunately, we WILL NOT be able to respond to your questions, as we do not have access to any of that information.
