Dear community members,   

Welcome to your new Change Healthcare Community!     

Over the past 12 months, our community team has been hard at work to roll out a platform that can easily facilitate peer-to-peer interaction, recognition of best practices, knowledge exchange, and celebrating your success.     

Our community value is driven by your participation and contributions and I would like to encourage you to ask questions, share your knowledge, provide feedback, and connect with your peers.     

As a first step, please complete your profile and watch our community welcome video to better familiarize yourself with the new platform. 

I would also like to introduce you to your community team that has been working behind the scenes to launch our new platform.     

Aslan Noghre-kar: I’m responsible for our Enterprise Community team at Change Healthcare. I started my career building communities for customers in the enterprise software space and have held various roles across social business, sales, developer engagement, and most recently served as a customer officer before joining Change Healthcare.  

Jeni Woods:  is our Director of Community Engagement, Strategy, and Content. Jeni gets to help implement creative and fun ways to communicate and keep you coming back to Community! She has a background as a mental health clinician and is passionate about helping our customers provide the best care and services. Originally from Portland Oregon, but she now lives in Nashville with her husband and daughter.  

Carolyn Reed: is our Director of the technology that enables the community. She loves the intersection of business and technology and finding ways to use technology to bring more value to our customers. On the personal side, she’s from Atlanta and loves spending time with my family and cheering on her soccer team, Atlanta United! Go Stripes!
Eric Korsgaard: is our Senior Community Manager. He is passionate about delivering a Community experience that empowers our customers with the knowledge, information, and insights required to meet their personal and organizational objectives. “Watching Change Healthcare customers tap into, and contribute to, the power of the crowd through the community is a rewarding experience!” Eric loves spending time with his family (preferably outdoors) and enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and traveling.
