Change Healthcare went Above and Beyond to share with the healthcare industry the Power of the Platform. We introduced the Patient Engagement solution, an end-to-end platform that provides patient-facing engagement tools with proven provider-facing revenue cycle processes to create a cohesive, seamless patient journey. We shared demos and discussions with customers and prospective customers about RCM Complete and RCM Services, and we spun the Change Healthcare wheel to win prizes!

We also learned more about Patient Engagement and why “Patients don’t want to be engaged with their healthcare, they want to succeed.” In a panel discussion hosted by Patrick Drewry, VP of Product Management at Change Healthcare, we heard from: Adnan Iqbal, CEO at Luma Health, K.C. Geen, Chief Marketing Officer at Women's Care, and Jeff Johnson, VP of Innovation at Banner Health, on creative ways we can better engage with our customers to improve their experience and outcomes.
